Our function is to establish model institutions of excellence that deliver rehabilitation, special education, pre-vocational training, vocational skills development, and community-based support for persons with disabilities. We simultaneously raise public awareness and provide professional training to build an informed, inclusive society. By developing and implementing robust policies and plans, we drive systemic change. At the same time, our integrated medical, educational, and vocational rehabilitation services address the full spectrum of needs for persons with disabilities.
